- Find a quiet spot. For a remote session, somewhere you won't be disturbed for the hour ahead.
- Let the session unfold. It's a dialogue; there's nothing to prepare beyond your questions.
- Leave with next steps. Your notes, and a short written recap on request.
For a first time, the single reading is the right place to start. The package is there if you already know you want to go further.

- Free up to 48 h before the session — cancel or reschedule online at no charge.
- Less than 48 h before: 50% of the fee applies.
- No-show: 100% of the fee applies.
