On the day of your session
- Come as you are. Comfortable clothing is all you need — you stay fully clothed for the whole session.
- Nothing to prepare. No questions to phrase, no "right attitude" to bring. The session does its work whether you arrive relaxed or not.
- For a remote session: a quiet place to lie down, uninterrupted for an hour. The Google Meet link is in your confirmation email.
- After the session. If you can, plan a quiet moment — many people feel like drinking water and slowing down a little.
First visit? The in-person session is the format I recommend for discovering Reiki.

Cancellation and rescheduling
- Free up to 48 h before the session — cancel or reschedule online at no charge.
- Less than 48 h before: 50% of the fee applies.
- No-show: 100% of the fee applies.

Where do in-person sessions take place?
At your home, in and around Bordeaux — I come to you. You give your address when you book.
Can I gift a session to someone?
Gift cards are coming soon. In the meantime, write to me and we'll arrange it.
Can I talk during the session?
Of course — some people prefer silence, others need to say what comes up. The session adapts to you.
How often should I come back?
There's no rule. A one-off session stands on its own; during demanding periods, some clients like a regular rhythm. We can talk about it at the end of your session if you'd like — no commitment.
What language is the session in?
French or English, your choice — let me know when you book.
