What if I don't "believe" in the Akashic Records?
You don't have to believe anything. Bring your questions and your curiosity — a session is an exploration, not an act of faith.
Akashic reading or Reiki — how do I choose?
A reading works on your questions; Reiki works on your tension. If in doubt, start with what weighs more right now: the mind or the body.
Is a remote session as effective?
The session unfolds the same way, via Google Meet. You simply choose the format you're most comfortable with.
Where do in-person sessions take place?
At your home, in and around Bordeaux — I come to you. You give your address when you book.
What language is the session in?
French or English, your choice — let me know when you book.
Is the session confidential?
Entirely. What is said in a session stays between us.

How many questions can I bring?
One to three focused questions make for the richest sessions. The free guide helps you phrase them.
Will I learn about my future?
A reading is not fortune-telling. We bring light to the present and to your patterns, not to a fixed future.
What if I struggle to put my question into words?
That's common. We can refine it together at the start of the session — that's often where the work begins.

Reiki
Do I need to undress?
No, never. You stay fully clothed for the entire session. Just wear something comfortable.
What will I feel?
It varies: warmth, tingling, a pleasant heaviness, sometimes nothing in particular except deep relaxation. Some people fall asleep — that's fine too. There is no "right" answer.
Can Reiki replace medical treatment?
No, never. Reiki is a well-being practice, not a treatment. Keep up any medical or psychological care you're receiving — Reiki adds to it, it doesn't substitute for it.

Booking, payment and cancellation
What is the cancellation policy?
Free up to 48 h before the session — cancel or reschedule online at no charge. Less than 48 h before: 50% of the fee applies. No-show: 100% of the fee applies. Something came up? Write to me — we'll find a solution where we can.
Can I gift a session to someone?
Gift cards are coming soon. In the meantime, write to me and we'll arrange it.
What happens if I'm late to a remote session?
The session ends at the scheduled time; we make the most of what's left. Plan to join a few minutes early.
